Sherry is a passionate healer based in Sandy, Utah who combines decades of experience in holistic wellness with a deeply personal journey of transformation. After healing herself from chronic pain, imbalance, and trauma, she founded Light-n-Love Elevate to help others reconnect with their body, heart, and spirit.

With over 25 years practicing natural medicine and 14 years building her healing practice, she offers energy work, emotional release, intuitive coaching, and physical body therapies to guide clients toward clarity, peace, and self-love. Sherry believes that healing happens when we choose it, and she’s committed to walking alongside her clients, supporting them with compassion, insight, and integrity.
